In this portrait Juan Manuel Fangio is depicted winning at the wheel of his Maserati 250F in the famous 1957 Argentine Grand Prix. The Argentine star had won the 1954 title and raced in a Maserati for the first half of the season. Back in a Maserati in 1957, he dominated the entire campaign exclusively with his Maserati and claimed his fifth world crown. 2011 is a special year as it marks Fangioâs one hundreadth year birthday, a significant anniversary in the racing world and in Maseratiâs history.
